Here is a motivational video we found on Youtube. It is important to note that we do not know this guy and in no way are we suggesting he has used subliminal messages to lose weight.

It is simply a motivational video to show you what is possible if you really change your habits and really commit to your wegiht loss plan. In this short time he has lost 40 lbs and dropped 2 sizes in pants.

Something obviously clicked in his head and he wasn’t willing to be overweight for the rest of his life – something has to change inside your mind to be really successful. Anyway, here is the video:
